Environmental Protection Certifications

Environmental Protection Grades
Four major international mainstream environmental protection standards
European Standard E Grades
A relatively widely used and well-implemented quality and technical standard internationally.
Specified standards for formaldehyde emission content:
E2≤1.5 mg/L
E1≤0.5 mg/L
New National Standard of PRC E Grades
Divided into three grades: E1, E0, and ENF. E1 is a national mandatory standard in China and the entry standard for environmentally friendly boards. ENF is the highest standard in the current new national standard.
Specified standards for formaldehyde emission content:
E1≤0.124 mg/m3
E0≤0.050 mg/m3
ENF≤0.025 mg/m3
Japanese F Star Grades
Divided into four grades. F☆☆☆☆ is the highest grade of environmental protection standards in Japan.
Specified standards for formaldehyde emission content:
F☆≤5 mg/L
F☆☆≤1.5 mg/L
F☆☆☆≤0.5 mg/L
F☆☆☆☆≤0.3 mg/L
American CARB Grades
Divided into three grades: P1, P2, and NAF. The highest level is NAF, also known as formaldehyde-free exemption certification.
Specified standards for formaldehyde emission content:
P1≤0.08 ppm
P2≤0.05 ppm
NAF≤0.04 ppm
